In our modern test facilities, we put the entire range of reconditioned electric motors up to 15 MW (higher outputs on request) through their paces before delivery. In addition, we offer comprehensive special tests - according to your requirements and specifications. For permanently reliable function and the best possible safety.
Our services at a glance:
- Testing of large electrical equipment weighing up to 80 t (including professional installation on 7.0 x 2.5 m grooved plate)
- High-quality test stand equipment with own oil supply for plain bearings as well as connections for water cooling
- Digital processing and documentation of all measurements (both in tabular and graphical overview)
- Carrying out the standard measurements with a frequency of 50 Hz
- Load tests up to 1,500 kW by using appropriate power converters, load generators and frequency converters (higher powers on request)
