In our modern test facilities, we put the entire range of reconditioned electric motors up to 800 kW through their paces before delivery. In addition, we offer comprehensive special tests - according to your requirements and specifications. For permanently reliable function and the best possible safety.
Our services at a glance:
- Performance of load tests and heating runs (up to approx. 800 kW) of asynchronous motors, synchronous motors and DC motors
- Use of different loading devices (regenerative operation and eddy current operation)
- Carrying out the standard measurements with a frequency of 50 Hz (on request also 60 Hz)
- Temperature measuring device with 16 temperature sensors according to PT100 standard for various evaluations
- Availability of special devices for individual applications - for example: matching transformers for special voltages, gearboxes for speed matching or various frequency converters for variable frequencies
- Digital processing and documentation of all measurements (both in tabular and graphical overview)
- Carry out the following work from the measurement data obtained:
- Determination of the equivalent circuit
- Determination of the maximum power
- Conversion to other voltages and frequencies
- Calculation of the torque and speed curve
- Determination of the short circuit values and the tightening torque
